1. Who we are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Glaze website at www.glazeapps.com and any related company pages we operate (the “Site”), as well as purchases of digital products and related services offered by Glaze (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Glaze is an independent product company. This Site is our company landing page. It is not the consumer-facing website for any individual app in our portfolio. Individual products may have their own brands, terms, and support channels.

2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you buy a digital product or paid offering from Glaze through Paddle Checkout, you are purchasing from Paddle.com Market Limited (and/or its affiliates), which is the seller of record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and related buyer support for those orders. You can learn more at paddle.com and reach Paddle buyer support via paddle.net.
3. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing the Site, or by completing a purchase through Paddle Checkout for a Glaze offering, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or complete a purchase.
If you are buying on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. What we offer
Through Paddle, Glaze may sell digital products, software access, subscriptions, licenses, and related paid offerings as described at the point of purchase. Before you pay, the checkout will show what you are buying, the price, billing frequency (if recurring), and any material limitations.
Descriptions on this Site or at checkout are intended to be clear about capabilities and limitations. Features, availability, and pricing may change over time. Material changes to a paid offering will be communicated in a reasonable way where required.
5. Accounts and access
Some offerings may require an account or access credentials. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@glazeapps.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our products, other users, or to comply with law or Paddle’s requirements.
6. Payments, taxes, and subscriptions
All payments for orders processed through Paddle are collected by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices shown at checkout include or exclude taxes as indicated by Paddle for your location. Paddle issues the customer invoice/receipt for those transactions.
If you purchase a subscription, it will renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can manage cancellations and payment methods through the channels Paddle provides for buyer support, or by contacting us and we will help route the request.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information and for correcting errors in your order before completing payment.
7. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product or service for its intended purpose, unless a different license is stated at checkout.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or our offerings for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or overload our systems without permission
- Share, resell, or sublicense access except as expressly allowed
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or completing a purchase
8. Intellectual property
The Site, Glaze name and branding, and our digital products and materials are owned by Glaze or our licensors. Portfolio products may carry their own brands. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you except the limited license described above.
9. Website content
Content on this Site is for general information about Glaze as a company. It may include portfolio summaries, experiments, or work-in-progress. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that all Site content is complete or current.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our offerings are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glaze will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our offerings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory local law, or liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
12. Refunds and complaints
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and by Paddle as Merchant of Record. If you have a complaint, email hello@glazeapps.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) days. If you are not satisfied, you may also contact Paddle buyer support via paddle.net, and you may have rights to escalate to a local consumer protection or ombudsman service where applicable.
13. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Payment data for Paddle Checkout orders is processed by Paddle, not stored by Glaze.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes affecting paid offerings, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers where required. We will also notify Paddle of material policy changes as required by our agreement with Paddle.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Glaze’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may still apply. Courts in that jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those consumer rights.
